The main aim of the enterprise is to satisfy as much as possible customer’s wants, to improve quality and safety of products, to implement the latest domestic and foreign science achievements, to improve technology and management.
The plant permanently elaborates and implements energy-saving, labour- saving and resource-saving technologies to produce diary goods at minimum production costs.
The management policy of the enterprise is based on the detailed market research, on the irreproachable fulfillment of the international ISO 9000 and HACCP quality standards, on the promotion of safety level of the production and on the improvement of the personnel qualification.
High quality control provides a special laboratory accredited within the national standards system STB NSO/MEK 17025-2001 (certificate BY/11202/2/0/1256).
In 2001 the enterprise implemented the certified system of quality management of all diary products, vegetable oil, souses, mustard and vareniks (certificate of conformance № BY/112/05/0/0/01 dated 12.11.2001).
In 2004 «Kobrin Butter and Cheese Plant» received a quality certificate in accordance with HACCP quality standards (certificate of conformance № BY/112/06/0/0/0019 dated 09.11.2004) for the production and storage of the skim milk powder.
