«Baranovichi Bakery Products Plant» was established in 1946. After the reconstruction in 1950-58 the plant was able to produce 210 ton of flour per day.
In 2005 the enterprise was reorganized and united with the agricultural enterprise «Vostochny».
To enhance quality of the production the plant has implemented the improved technology of the compound animal feeding stuff manufacturing process. The plant also applies advanced methods of the recessed grain processing as extruding. The implementation of new technologies and equipment allowed the enterprise to raise labour productivity, quality of the production and business efficiency.
The proper laboratory performs required quality and sanitary control of all incoming primary materials and items produced by the enterprise. The quality and safety of the compound animal feeding stuff is also monthly examined by the Republican Laboratory for Compound Feeding Stuff.
In 2004 the OJSC «Baranovichi Bakery Products Plant» received the certificate of conformance with STB ISO 9001-2001 requirements (BY/11205.0.0.0311). Today the quality management system of the enterprise is regulated by 23 standards and monitored by the special Coordination Board.
The inspection of the plant in 2005 confirmed the compliance of the existing quality management system with STB ISO 9001 requirements.
