EXPERT ACTIVITY

By Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dd. 03. 09. 2008 No. 1290 “About confirmation of regulations on goods acceptance by quantity and quality” Chamber of Commerce and Industry was given the right to participate in the goods acceptance by quantity and quality.

By Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dd. 14.01.2009 No. 26 «Regulations about the order of goods expertise implementation (works execution results, rendered services), authenticity of the information concerning goods (works, services)” Chamber of Commerce and Industry is given the right to carry out expertise on quality issues.

UE «Brest branch of BelTPP» performs the following kinds of goods expertise:

- expertise of quality, quantity, goods, equipment and raw materials completeness;
- expertise at the transshipment of freights at railway stations from a van to a van or a truck;
- expertise at the loading of the goods by the exporter;
- goods expertise at the unloading on the customer warehouse;
- goods identification;
- sampling for laboratory research;
- container, package and marking expertise for checking against obligatory requirements of the standards and other normative acts;
- expertise for the ascertainment of production quality loss (including fruit and vegetable production) in the transportation and storage process;
- expertise for the determination of damage and depreciated cost of the goods after fire and other natural disasters;
- valuation of caused damage at the occurrence of contingency in consequence of the goods damage;
- returned goods expertise according to orders of trade organizations concerning direction of consumer protection societies and determinations of forensic investigative bodies;
- goods expertise for customs purposes;
- fixation of package, quantity and goods condition at the moment of passing (receipt) at the warehouse of temporary storage at the customs territory;
- determination of unfitness for the use of goods, raw materials and materials for its intended application as a result of their loss of consumer properties.
